Your Data Rights
Under UK GDPR

The UK General Data Protection Regulation gives you powerful rights over how your personal data is processed. When credit reference agencies or creditors process your CCJ data unlawfully, you have the right to take action.

We specialise in helping individuals exercise these rights effectively, working with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) to hold data controllers accountable for their processing practices.

Article 18 - Right to Restriction

Request that processing of your CCJ data be frozen while accuracy or lawfulness is contested.

Article 17 - Right to Erasure

Request deletion of data processed unlawfully or no longer necessary for original purpose.
